We are a small independent publisher and ship books directly from our bases in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but please note we are not Amazon or a large retailer. Shipping may take longer than you are used to with big stores.

• You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

• We will always choose tracked shipping where possible.

• However, please note that some countries do not allow tracked shipping options, and in those cases, your order may not come with a tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country’s postal service or customs office.

• These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are outside of our control.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are aware of and accept responsibility for any such fees.

Customer Information

• Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

• As a small independent press, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve it.
